All purchased jewelry has a warranty of up to two years from the invoice date.

This warranty does NOT apply to:
1. Damage caused by wearing the jewelry during sports or other physical
activities, or by contact with dirt/chemicals. When you are not wearing the jewelry, it is recommended to store it safely in the box/bag provided
OR a closed jewelry box. It is recommended to clean the jewelry with a gold or silver polishing cloth after wearing it a few times
. Polishing cloths, as well as cleaning fluid for
hard-to-reach surfaces, can be purchased at Bijoux d’Angie.
2. Discoloration/damage/breakage of the gemstones/pearls in the jewelry due to
dirt/chemicals or by (carelessly) wearing the jewelry.
3. The wear of gold-plated jewelry.
4. Breaking/damaging/losing gemstones/pearls/enamel/UV resin/chains.
A lost stone can be replaced for an additional fee.
5. Dents/bruises/extremely bent surfaces due to careless wearing of the
jewelry.


The warranty DOES apply to:
1. Repolishing/matting the jewelry.
2. Only the first resizing of rings is free of charge. When increasing the size of the ring,
only the added metal must be compensated.
3. Re-tightening loose stones.
4. Reattaching loose glue from glued pearls.
5. Check-up of the setting(s) so that the relevant gemstones/pearls are not
lost. The gemstones and pearls are also examined for damage, but if damage
occurs, this is NOT covered by the warranty.
6. Reapplying worn patina. Enamel or UV resin are NOT included here.
7. Lifetime warranty on questions about the jewelry as well as about other jewelry!

Shipping of packages
After full payment and the full amount has been received in the account, the packages are
packed and shipped/handed over carefully by hand.
1. Packages sent via a courier are always provided with insurance and track &
trace. The delivery time depends on this courier. Foreign deliveries are possible.
The delivery time and cost depend on the courier or postal service in the country to which
the package is sent.
! All shipments are always at the expense of the customer.!
2. Packages can also be picked up at the home base. When picking up, payment can also be made on site
in cash or via Payconic.
